THE PLAY
  1. 01Design a named lunch product Bottomless Carbs & Bubbles, not a discount.
  2. 02Launch through a high-impact London influencer evening, not a press release.
  3. 03Use organic content to sustain the demand once the launch wave passed.

"A near-empty lunch service became a £25k/month revenue line, and a one-off launch turned into a category the venue could own."

WHAT WE RUN

Partnerships, four ways.

From one-night launches to year-long ambassador programmes, every partnership is selected for fit and judged on commercial outcome.
  • LAUNCH CAMPAIGNS

    One-night activations.

20-40 hand-picked creators at a single hosted event. Built to flood your feed, fill the diary and turn an opening into a category moment.

  • ALWAYS-ON

    Ambassador programmes.

Long-term creator partnerships with proper briefs, content rights and reporting. Compounding brand authority, month over month.

  • CREATOR CONTENT

    Whitelisted & paid-ready.

Creator-led assets licensed for paid, written into briefs that match your tone. Same content, three jobs: organic, earned and paid.

  • PRESS & EARNED

    Coverage that lands.

Pitches to the food, travel and lifestyle press your guests actually read. Time Out, Eater, The Standard, CODE and trade where it earns its place.

A POINT OF VIEW

How we think
about partnerships.

01

Reach is not a result.

Followers, impressions and PR clippings don't pay rent. We brief, contract and report every partnership against bookings, footfall and brand search.

02

Fit beats fame, every time.

We'd rather book ten creators with the right audience in your city than one with a million followers and no overlap. Reach is cheap, fit isn't.

03

Gifting is not a strategy.

Where the brief calls for paid creators, we say so. Transparent fees, proper usage rights and a clear case for what every pound is buying.

FIT-FIRST
Process

How we deliver.

  1. 01
    Brief & objectives

Tight commercial brief. What needs to move, by when, and what 'good' looks like in bookings, covers or earned reach.

  2. 02
    Creator longlist & vetting

Hand-picked talent vetted on audience quality, brand fit, prior partnerships and commercial reliability.

  3. 03
    Negotiation & contracts

Fees, deliverables, usage rights and exclusivity locked down. Nothing handshake, nothing implied.

  4. 04
    Activation

Event production, content capture and creator wrangling on the day. We handle hospitality, hosting and the brief.

  5. 05
    Measurement & rights

Booking codes, attribution links and lift studies. Content licensed and filed for paid and owned reuse.

FAQs

What we get asked.

Do you pay creators?+
Where the brief calls for it, yes. We are transparent about fees, gifting and usage rights, and will not pretend gifting is a strategy when it is not.
Can you measure footfall?+
Yes via booking codes, attribution links, lift studies and where appropriate, in-venue tracking.
How do you find the right creators?+
We hand-pick from a vetted bench, then stress-test on audience quality, geography, prior partnerships and engagement that's actually real. Reach is cheap, fit isn't.
How big does a launch event need to be?+
Anywhere from 10 to 40 creators depending on the brief. We'd rather host a tight room of the right people than a packed one of the wrong ones.
Can you handle PR alongside influencers?+
Yes. Press pitching, launch announcements and trade coverage run on the same brief, so the creator wave and the press wave land together.
What's the minimum commitment?+
Launch campaigns can be one-off. Ambassador and always-on programmes are a 3-month minimum so there's time to build, measure and scale properly.
How quickly can you activate?+
Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks for a hosted launch. Faster turnarounds are possible for in-network creators and reactive moments.
